This research used action research metode, consisting of three cycles. Each cycle includes: planning, implementation, observation and reflection for the development of the next cycle. Data was collected from the value of skills and understanding of the material,the researchers note, the journal collaborators, as well as pieces reflecting on learning.Learning outcomes of hair cutting is a minimum value of 80.00. In the first cycle, the minimum value of 70.29 and an average of 75.13, the second cycle, the minimum value of 75.47
and an average of 79.68, the third cycle minimum value is and 78.87 average value is 82.68.
It can be said to be the target of mastery learning students in this study have been achieved.
