The work ethics of Islam relegios teacher is an interesting issue to search. Some observers clarifies that the implementation of the Islamic religious education in the scholl was just failed. I think is a bypothetical and tentative conclusion. The preliminary suvey on SMUN Malang informs us that the Islamic religious teacher who have a high work ethics is able a guide the students and the community of the shool in their religiousity, it is even able to eliminate the student's moral decadence.
